Apex Carry

In may 2025 I made the Apex carry bag from Incomplete Stitches which is a fab Irish bag designer. The Apex carry is a large tote with lots of nice details and clever pockets worked into the design. 

I used some upholstry fabric my mum had given me and it worked well given that it's fairly durable. I used two matching fabrics and lined it in white. I like that the design includes things like key leashes and fastenings where needed. It is nice that it can be expanded or the sides clipped together on the inside. The instructions for Incomplete Stitches patterns are really great. Bag making looks complex but she breaks it all down into easy to follow steps. There are video tutorials for many of the bags including the Apex carry which is useful if you want more tips or to visually see one of the steps being done in real time. 

I used it to bring my painting supplies to the park to paint during the summer. 

I also made a matching sunglasses case from the same fabric. I just used a free template from the intenet. I also made the Molko verity zipper pouch in the small size to match too.  

I really enjoyed making the Apex carry!
